After moving to Chico in the late 80's and financing my own college degree at California State University of Chico, I was able to obtain my BA in Business Management and apply my skills towards property management and running a few of my own small business in Chico. I was also able to incorporate my hard work ethic towards my competing in amateur Body Building and Professional Weight Lifting where I won a World Bench Press Championship in 2000 and several other major titles throughout California and this Country. Starting a small family about ten years ago gave me further insite on the importance of finding affordable and safe housing for others. I spent three years as a mortgage consultant and eventually obtained my Real Estate License. As a Real Estate Professional with my diverse back ground and unbeatable work ethic, I have made it my goal to serve my clients with the highest standards in buying and selling residential Real Estate. With the current market of foreclosures, low prices, and never-before-seen low interest’s rates, there are amazing opportunities especially for buyers.
